Connections
Connections is a secluded Privately Owned Public Open Space that is located on the roof of a building in the heart of San Francisco also known as POPO.
Focusing on the connections of different materials as well as the connections between the people of San Francisco and their community through this urban sculpture garden, the use of strong vertical lines can be seen through plan within the structure, bringing your eyes up through the vegetation surrounding the space.
This placement of vegetation on the rooftop of a city of skyscraper is a unique element that brings a sense of unexpectedness into the space, providing an intimate atmosphere to its visitors.

Panko
Chairs with Flair was a project completed for Bridging, a non- profit organization located in Bloomington, Minnesota. This organization helps individuals and their families in need by supplying furniture and household goods while in transition. The concept for this project was to re-design and create a new piece of furniture from an existing item while keeping it fully functional and beautiful. A strong vertical line was the main focus while developing this fixture. Raw yet clean industrial materials were used while all elements within this piece are recycled and hand-constructed. The finished product was auctioned off and all proceeds adding up to $295.00 were donated for those families in need.
Panko was created in a group setting.
